Emmie Jayne is Here!

I just met the newest addition to the family -- Emmie Jayne. She was born on June 28th, and she is beautiful. I made a short trip to see her yesterday, and she is perfect! Every time I see such a wonderful creation, I am amazed at the whole miracle of conception and birth. It is mind boggling. My sister had a fast delivery and has recovered quite well. This is getting old hat for her. She is a pretty remarkable woman -- no epidurals. I know I could never even consider that route, but my sis is a tough one. I think she was born to be a mom. She is great at it and loves it. Meg and Joe say this is the last, but we will see. For now, I am glad to have another adorable niece whom I am sure I will adore like I do the other nieces and nephew.
