Happy New Year!

I have been a little under the weather the last two days so Tres and I are celebrating New Years in our "temporary Wisconsin home". Tres is excited because he has stocked up on movies and food which is his favorite way to spend any night let alone New Years. We thought some of you may like to see our temporary abode so we took some shots of "Home Sweet Home" at least for two more days. :) We have had a good time here but are glad to be finished for awhile, have a break, and not wear make-up everyday (that just applies to me).

Next Venture

After my first posting of worry over the future, God gave us not one but two options for jobs. One was a theatre in Tennessee called the Miracle Theatre. They called us a week or two ago offering contracts for one year. At the same time, Norwegian sent us a contract for a world cruise on a ship called the Marco Polo. We would start in South America and then go to Europe. It was truly a difficult decision for us because of the family factor but after some prayer, we decided on the cruise. It starts in March and goes until November. We love to travel and may never get the chance to see these countries at such a low rate -- free! My sister is also going to be living in Germany, and now we will be able to see her, Joe, and the kids at least once if not more in Europe. I have always wanted to see Italy, Greece, and Spain, and those are the ports we are frequenting the most. The best bonus is I get to do all this with Tres. We are very excited for next year and thankful for the way God has blessed us after a year and a half of marriage.

After Christmas

We spent Christmas at my sister's house and had a great time. It was so fun watching Maggie Mae opening presents. Owen hasn't got the jist of Christmas yet, but he will in time. For right now, he was just happy being held and watching Maggie open his and her gifts. We are here in Wisconsin for three more days and then finished with this job. We thought you might like to see how we pass time here. Tres has changed his looks a little. :) Also pictured is our friend Bernadette. She was my roommate 2 years ago and has quickly become a great friend to me and Tres.

Our First Posting

Tres and I are exploring the vast world of technology with our new computer!!! This is our first blog entry. We will see if we can keep up with this. I do well just keeping up with my journal, let alone this. We had our day off today and went to Chicago for Disney auditions. It went great for Tres. They put him on file. On the other hand, they told me I had a pretty voice and said "thank you". That is all. The car ride home was pretty silent. We are at a fork right now and trying to decide where to head next and what to do with our lives since we are both quickly approaching thirty!!! Living on the road takes a toll and so does the instability of our jobs. Well, that is all for now. We will see what happens next. Please pray for us during this holiday season that God will give us some clarity on what to do next.
