Sorry for the long lapse in updates, but it is difficult to get computer time right now. We are now on the Marco Polo and across the Atlantic Sea to the Mediterranean. It is very beautiful here. The job has been the toughest we have ever done because we have been rehearsing non-stop, doing required safety courses, and learning duties that we have to perform on the ship. We are all exhausted and half our cast has the flu. Luckily, Tres and I have dodged it so far. Here are some fun pics of us in training. Tres had to dress up in the fireman gear, and I got a great shot of him after it was over. He would be a hot firefighter. Then I am using a CO2 fire extinguisher, and Tres is using the gucci of firehose´s for our ship. It was a fun day of training. The other picture is of me and our ship which was taken in Antigua. Unfortunately, everything was shut down because of good Friday so we just walked around and did sight seeing. Our safety training is over, and we passed with A´s. Tres got a 100% on the test. We even got to jump off the ship one day and had to turn over a life raft in the ocean. It was a blast. Now we just have rehearsals for the next two weeks and then we can relax and enjoy Europe.
